General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of Ying’s Thai Spa & Wellness (Wiyada Sajermann-Chernborkae)
General
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) form the basis for all contracts for services between Ying’s Thai Spa & Wellness (Wiyada Sajermann-Chernborkae) and the customer. The GTC can be found on the website. They must be read and confirmed when sending the contact form or booking an appointment, thus they are considered accepted. Orders and information from the contact form can be forwarded to Ying’s Thai Spa & Wellness (Wiyada Sajermann-Chernborkae) and the associated therapists.
Health status
All treatments by Ying’s Thai Spa & Wellness (Wiyada Sajermann-Chernborkae) are carried out in consultation with the customer, who undertakes to provide the therapists with truthful information about their state of health and the consequences of the treatment.
Disclaimer
If, despite expert application, consequential damage occurs due to a client’s concealment of reasons for exclusion, the therapist is exempt from any liability. The same applies to damages that arise because a reason for exclusion was not known to the customer himself and was not recognizable to the therapist.
Treatment
The treatment by the therapist is based on the respective level of knowledge. No liability is assumed due to differing doctrinal opinions on treatment methods.
Massage time / delay
In order to provide you with the best possible service, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your reserved treatment time. This allows us to have a consultation with you prior to treatment. Please note that for clients who arrive late to a scheduled appointment, the treatment time will be shortened accordingly to ensure a smooth process for all clients. We ask for your understanding and punctuality so that we can provide you with the best service.
Cancellation by Ying’s Thai Spa & Wellness (Wiyada Sajermann-Chernborkae)
If the treatment cannot be carried out for reasons on the part of Ying’s Thai Spa & Wellness (Wiyada Sajermann-Chernborkae) (e.g. illness of the therapist), Ying’s Thai Spa & Wellness (Wiyada Sajermann-Chernborkae) cannot be held liable for compensation. There is no right to the performance of the massage.
Cancellation by the customer
The following regulations apply to agreed appointments that are not kept by the customer: Unless the appointment was canceled in person or by phone at least 24 hours in advance, the customer is obliged to pay a cancellation fee of 50%. If a cancellation is made with less than 12 hours notice or if the client fails to show up for the appointment without prior cancellation, the full value of the reserved treatment will be charged. Cancellations via electronic media only become binding once they have been confirmed. Please note that if you arrive late for an appointment, you will be charged in full for the agreed treatment time.
Terms of payment
The price stated on the website is paid online or after the service is provided by card or Twint.
Cost absorption of the supplementary insurance
The treatment costs cannot be settled via the health insurance.
Gift card
The voucher card from Ying’s Thai Spa & Wellness (Wiyada Sajermann-Chernborkae) is valid for one year from the date of purchase and can either be redeemed when paying online or presented in person at the treatment. It is intended exclusively for a single transaction, where the entire value of the card must be redeemed at once. Please note that any balances that are not used will be forfeited and non-refundable. The voucher card cannot be exchanged for cash in whole or in part. The use of the voucher card can not be combined with other promotions. Pre-registration is required before redeeming the gift card to ensure we can provide you with the best possible service.
Liability of the customer
If the customer causes damage to the equipment or utensils of Ying’s Thai Spa & Wellness (Wiyada Sajermann-Chernborkae), the customer undertakes to pay full compensation.
Personal Belongings
An individual locker is available in all spa treatment rooms for the storage of your personal belongings. However, we recommend that you leave valuables at home, as we cannot accept responsibility for the loss of personal items.
Confidentiality
All treatments are subject to confidentiality by the therapist.
Privacy
Health information shared will be treated with the strictest confidentiality. Customer data is treated confidentially and is not passed on to third parties.
Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
Swiss law shall apply to all disputes arising from a contract between Ying’s Thai Spa & Wellness (Wiyada Sajermann-Chernborkae) and a customer. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
Amendment of the GTC
Ying’s Thai Spa & Wellness (Wiyada Sajermann-Chernborkae) reserves the right to adapt and change the GTC at any time. The version of the GTC valid at the time of the conclusion of the contract shall apply in each case.
