Pre-arrival
Appointments begin promptly at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, depending on availability, your appointment might be shortened due to the therapist’s possible next appointment.
We therefore ask you to arrive 10 minutes before your reserved treatment time so that we can advise you before your treatment.
Health Considerations
For the most comfortable experience, please inform us upon booking of any potential allergies, ailments, disabilities, or other health conditions, especially if you have high blood pressure, or pregnant.
Our spa specialists will gladly advise you on which treatments best suit your needs. In order for us to make an appropriate recommendation, kindly complete the spa consultation form.
We strongly recommend avoiding alcoholic beverages before, during and after treatments.
Personal Belongings
A personal box is provided for you in all spa treatment rooms to store your belongings. However, we recommend that you leave all valuables at home, as we cannot be held responsible for loss of personal items.
Tranquillity
We respectfully try to keep the Spa as tranquil and relaxing as possible for all guests. Please refrain from disturbing other guests, smoking, or using mobile phones when in the spa.
Cancellation
Please be advised that we have a 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy.
We require that you notify us of any changes or cancellation 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time to avoid 50% cancellation charge.
For any cancellation with less than 12 hours-notice or no-shows, full value of reserved spa service will be charged.
